Quality control part: Our quality control process starts with sample samples taken from our mine site. We process the raw materials suitable for our customers by determining the purity of XRF
X-Ray (Fluorescence Spectrometer) barite and the amounts of CaO, SiO2, Fe2O3, SrO, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO and K2O in these samples. In our processed barite (BaSO4) quality control process, the following tests are carried out according to international standards: We measure the particle micronized size of barite processed in our Malvern Master Sizer 3000 device. With our X Rite 7000 color device, we measure
RY (whiteness) and YI- E314 (yellowness), WI-CE (brightness) and L* a* b* color with the most precision. In our laboratory, we perform moisture content, oil obscuration, ash determination, solid density measurement, bulk density measurement and sieve analysis. Our devices and equipment used in all these tests are collaborative and verified by accredited organizations.
